G  e  n  d  a  i    R  e  i  k  i    H  o  is a system of Reiki which was founded by Hiroshi Doi who is a member of the Usui Reiki Ryoho Gakkai, in Japan. Doi-sensei teaches his system of Reiki in Japan. Gendai Reikiho is a convenient method to practice Reiki in everyday life. Gendai Reikiho techniques are based on both traditional Japanese Reiki Ryoho and Western-style Reiki techniques. Its goal is to achieve the state of Anshin Ritsumei (Daianshin) - great spiritual peace. The Gendai Reikiho motto is: "Ayashiku-nai, okashiku-nai, muzukashiku-nai."    Ayashiku-nai = nothing fishy    Okashiku-nai = nothing odd    Muzukashiku-nai = nothing difficult Gendai Reikiho avoids mystery, irrationality and overcomplicating in Reiki practice. Kan'ich Taketomi was the 3rd president of the Usui Ryoho Gakkai, Japan. Kimiko Koyama was the 6th president of the Usui Ryoho Gakkai, Japan, 1968-1998. Hiroshi Doi is a member of Usui Ryoho Gakkai Japan.
